1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the TLK Home Solutions website (“Site”) or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Overview

TLK Home Solutions provides residential and commercial services including:

  • Landscaping & property maintenance

  • Handyman services

  • Outdoor and home improvement projects

All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and written agreement.

3. Estimates & Pricing

  • All estimates are based on the initial scope of work discussed.

  • Pricing may change if conditions differ or scope is modified.

  • Any additional work must be approved prior to completion.

4. Deposits & Payments
  • A deposit (typically 20–50%) is required to secure scheduling and materials.

  • Remaining balance is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in additional fees or paused services.

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Scheduling is not guaranteed until a deposit is received.

  • Cancellations must be communicated in advance.

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once materials or labor have been allocated.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details

  • Ensure access to the worksite

  • Secure pets and maintain a safe work environment

  • Disclose any underground utilities, hazards, or pre-existing issues

  • Delays caused by client actions may result in additional charges.

7. Insurance & Property Damage

TLK Home Solutions is a licensed and insured company.

  • We carry general liability insurance to cover damages resulting directly from our proven negligence.

  • While we take every precaution, certain services (grading, excavation, landscaping, etc.) may involve inherent risks.

  • TLK Home Solutions is not responsible for:

    • Pre-existing property damage

    • Hidden conditions (e.g., buried lines, unstable soil, improper prior work)

    • Normal wear and tear or minor disturbances (e.g., turf stress, settling, surface marks)

  • Any claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of service completion.
