TLK Handyman & Landscaping Refund Policy​
At TLK Handyman & Landscaping, we take pride in providing high-quality services and customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with the work we perform, we want to make it right.
Refund Policy - The Basics
If you are not satisfied with our work, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of service completion and describe the concern in reasonable detail. We reserve the right to inspect and correct any reported issue. Failure to provide us reasonable access and the opportunity to remedy the work will void eligibility for a refund.

Refunds: (Partial or Full) will only be issued if we are unable to correct the issue after reasonable notice and access. Any refund issued will be limited to the affected portion of the service.

Cancellations: Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the scheduled service.

Exceptions: Refunds are not available for normal wear and tear, conditions beyond our control, or issues caused by third parties after service completion.
